Before you play: set out TWO cones BLUE CONE YOUR LEFTYOU BALL OPTIONAL ORANGE CONE YOUR RIGHT
Before you start, place one BLUE CONE on your LEFT and one ORANGE CONE on your RIGHT. Stand in the middle, with or without a ball. Keep the phone steady, away from the ball, with room to move both ways.
You will hear “Get Ready”, then “Scan”. The arrow, full-color screen or number appears as “Scan” starts. Look immediately and move to the matching cone, with or without a ball, then return to the middle. There is no second command to wait for.
For shoulder scans, put the screen behind you at an angle. Look away between signals. No scoring or screen taps during the session.
Camera setup · frame your training space FULL BODY + BOTH CONES IN VIEW Place the phone upright on a stable support, facing the player. Keep it clear of the movement route. Step back until the preview shows your whole body, from head to shoes, and both cones. Leave space above your head and beyond the cones. There is no fixed distance: it depends on the phone, your height and cone spacing. Use the preview to adjust the distance and tilt. Try moving to each cone. Stay fully inside the picture on both sides. Move the phone farther back or bring the cones closer if needed. A ball is optional. If you use one, leave enough floor visible to keep it in the picture too.
You check the full-body framing and cone positions yourself. The camera measures body direction using shoulders and hips. It does not detect cones, verify arrival at a cone, track a ball or verify a shoulder scan.
Camera mode processes video on this device; no video is recorded or uploaded. It measures body direction, not ball control or whether you scanned. Camera assets download on first use.
